Return Period
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product.
Conditions
- The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Personalized items are not eligible for return.

Refund
Once we receive and verify the product, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
